My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its great location by the ocean and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was friendly, which made my experience even better. However, the dining options could use some improvement as I found them somewhat lacking. Overall, it offered good value for money, but Wi-Fi charges were a bit disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering a gorgeous view of the port and nearby volcanic islands, which I loved. The rooms were spacious with nice ocean views, but unfortunately, my non-smoking room had a lingering smoky smell. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I felt it was decent value for money, but the smoking issue was not ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the location was simply stunning with views over the sea and nearby volcanic islands. The staff was incredibly nice and went out of their way to help us with everything. The room was spacious and had a nice sitting area, but it did have an old feel and smelled a bit smoky. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvement in terms of atmosphere and variety. Overall, it’s a good value for what you get, but a few things could be better.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a lovely view of the water, which is quite rare in Japan. While the service was incredibly helpful, the check-in process was frustrating as we had to argue for our non-smoking rooms. The location is great as it's close to the JR Kii-Katsuura station and in an area known for Tuna cuisine, although some amenities were closed for renovations during our stay. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but I felt the value for money was decent.
